Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Quality Assurance and Delivery to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and delivery functions within our organisation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of technical projects and programmes.

About You

  • You have a strong background in quality assurance, programme management, or software development.
  • You have experience working with agile methodologies and are familiar with version control systems like Git.
  • You're passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and are committed to continuous improvement.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You're a strategic thinker with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality assurance and delivery functions, ensuring the smooth execution of technical projects and programmes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including development, testing, and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
