The Role
As a Retail Business Partner, you will work closely with Owner Operators and Store Managers to provide expert guidance on enhancing financial performance, streamlining operations, and operational best practice.
Your role will focus on delivering a seamless customer experience, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our New World stores.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert guidance to Owner Operators and Store Managers to enhance financial performance and operational best practice.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Contributing to the overall success of our New World stores through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in supermarket or retail store operations, with a deep understanding of commercial and financial drivers.
- A strong communicator and influencer, able to engage with diverse stakeholders and build trust.
- An ability to thrive on problem-solving and process improvement, always looking for ways to do things better.
- Knowledgeable in SAP, stock management, and workforce planning.
