About the Role

As a Senior Portfolio Lead, you'll be accountable for business ownership and oversight of strategic projects for customer protection, such as payment warnings and confirmation of payee. You'll lead planning and business case development for future investment within customer protection. Your expertise will also drive the transition from project state to BAU with required governance and ongoing oversight. Additionally, you'll lead ongoing industry and ANZ Group engagements on fraud and scam protection initiatives for ANZ NZ.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development, delivery and support of key strategic projects for Customer Protection.
  • Driving the transition from project state to BAU with required governance and ongoing oversight.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise on fraud and scam protection initiatives.
