The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Support Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the LIC Shop, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and alignment with farmer expectations. You will develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, shop functionality, and manual processes required to support farmers and Lic needs. This is a part-time role of 32 hours per week, offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
*Provide administrative support to customers and sales representatives in the ordering, invoicing, and fulfillment of ear tags and heat detection products.*Manage day-to-day business partnerships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and adherence to service level agreements.*Identify and address customer needs, striving to exceed expectations and deliver superior service.*Demonstrate positive team behaviors to contribute to a supportive environment and company culture.

About You
We are looking for candidates with experience in customer support roles, strong business communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using PCs, software, the internet, and email. A background in dairy farming operations is highly valued, as it will help you understand the needs and expectations of our farmer shareholders.
