As a Retail Trainer at Freedom NZ, you'll be part of our dynamic Retail Training team. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders on multiple learning projects, creating and delivering solutions about our products and best practices in sales training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering engaging workshops across New Zealand and Australia to all sales teams.
- Developing and managing informal learning content on our in-house communication platforms.
- Evaluating and updating existing learning content to ensure its accuracy and relevance as our business evolves.
You'll also travel regularly within New Zealand and to the East Coast of Australia, facilitating training and working with our leaders in their stores.
