As a Solution Sales Executive, your primary goal is to drive strategy to achieve revenue goals by building and executing opportunities while delivering customer renewals. You will develop a territory plan outlining the value proposition of SAP's targeted HCM solutions to customers and prospects across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and virtual account teams to develop and execute programs driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  2. Educate target accounts on SAP's solution set, conduct strategic account planning, and engage in meaningful conversations.
  3. Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
  4. Identify, qualify, and lead sales cycles based on HXM opportunities.
  5. Meet various sales objectives related to maintaining named customers and securing new business opportunities within the territory.
  6. Optimize resource utilization.
  7. Communicate clear sales strategies and account activities.

Experience:

  1. Several years of experience selling business software and solutions.
  2. Proven success selling to CHROs and IT professionals, with a preference for industry and enterprise experiences.
  3. A history of consistently exceeding target achievements.

Skills:

  1. Internal and external customer satisfaction; ability to articulate business value to potential customers.
  2. Territory planning and identifying/prioritizing opportunities.
  3. In-depth knowledge of SAP's solution portfolio.
  4. Ability to create high-quality internal and external content.
  5. Understanding complex accounts and navigating them effectively.
  6. Operational skills to balance strategic and tactical approaches.
  7. Strong work ethic.
  8. Ability to collaborate with the virtual account team on strategy and execution of account plans and opportunities.
