Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with management and the Kinleith finance team to deliver financial insights and analysis for business activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing budgeting support and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Offering insightful reporting and analysis to drive action or simplify/improve processes
  • Assisting with product costing and delivering timely, accurate forecasts
  • Delivering monthly and ad-hoc reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified CA or CIMA (or actively working towards accreditation)
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or equivalent
  • Commercial experience in a manufacturing environment, including financial modelling and fixed asset management
  • Proficiency in using financial systems like SAP
  • A self-starter with commercial skills and analytical expertise
