About the Job:

We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Metrologist to join our team at A*STAR. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing metrology recipes, ensuring high-quality results and minimizing production downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Metrology Recipes: Create and optimize metrology recipes for R&D applications, using your expertise in metrology management.
  • Collaborate with Vendors: Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services, meeting project deadlines.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead CIPs to improve measurement repeatability, implementing SPC and other quality control measures.
  • Train Colleagues: Provide training to related staff on best-known practices in metrology recipe creation, promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building.
