As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission. You'll lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic outcomes that drive business growth and efficiency.

You will have a proven track record of success in project management, preferably with experience in system implementation and financial processes. Your expertise will help us navigate the ever-changing landscape of healthcare and ensure we remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality and scope.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans and approaches (agile, iterative, and waterfall).
  • Assemble project teams from internal and external resources and facilitate their work.
  • Provide regular progress updates, highlighting risks, issues, and problem-solving strategies.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of project teams, providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Develop and refine best practices, templates, and artefacts to enhance project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Role-model world-class project delivery standards and respectfully challenge deviations from these standards.
  • Drive the successful execution of assigned projects and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prioritise tasks based on organisational needs, working closely with senior leaders and project leads.
  • Maintain open communication channels with all teams and stakeholders.
  • Balancing competing demands and interests while promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee project delivery activities, ensuring seamless transitions to Business As Usual.
  • Streamline project delivery processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective project financial processes, including budget management.
  • Advantageous: certified project manager (PMI, PRINCE 2, AgilePM, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of business processes, infrastructure, data, application development, and business change.
  • Experience working with finance or IT projects is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and prepare reports for C-level executives.
