Job Description
As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you will provide quality maintenance and repair services to our Early Childhood Centres across Taranaki. This is a fixed-term opportunity that requires working unsupervised to carry out general maintenance work. You will support three local ECE Centres, working circa 8 hours per week for each Centre, a minimum of 24 hours per week. Your tasks may include painting, general repair work, property maintenance, water blasting, gardening, and lawn mowing to maintain safe play and learning spaces.

The ideal candidate has an uncompromising attitude to safety, general property maintenance and repair skills, good physical fitness, excellent communication skills, and a clean and current NZ driver's licence.

This role offers flexibility in terms of working hours and the ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines.
