Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Radiologist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical imaging services. As a Radiologist at Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti, you will be responsible for interpreting exams, triaging and protocoling imaging requests, consulting with referring clinicians, and supporting the radiology technology staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a general scope of radiologist skills including ultrasound, MRI, and CT. You should also have Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) Vocational registration in the Scope of Practice of Diagnostic and interventional radiology or be an overseas trained Radiologist eligible for MCNZ registration under the Special Scope of Practice Locum Tenens category.
