Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and engagement across multiple stores

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a management role in retail
  • The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team
  • Proven experience in training and coaching team members
  • A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs
  • Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management
  • Experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering an in-store experience to our customers
  • Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPIs
  • Interest in fashion and retail
