We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in Power BI and Azure Databricks to lead our data strategy and empower our teams with data-driven insights. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our Databricks data platform, ensuring data is ingested, modeled, and governed effectively for analysis and reporting. You'll also lead the rollout and support of self-service BI tools, provide training, and create technical documentation to empower users with data insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Platform Development & Governance: Ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all systems and platforms.

• Self-Service BI Support: Develop and maintain platforms, provide training, and create technical documentation to empower users with data insights.

• Report & Dashboard Development: Design, create, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts that meet user needs and requirements.

• Collaboration & Team Contribution: Participate in planning, stand-ups, and team meetings. Contribute to work breakdowns and progress tracking for sprints and projects.

We're looking for someone with a degree in computer science, information science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You should have minimum 3 years of experience in a BI role with proven success designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions. Strong SQL proficiency and expertise in ETL/ELT processes, dimensional data modeling (Azure Databricks preferred), and data integration using tools like SSIS/ADF, APIs, or event-driven architectures are essential. Experience with scripting languages such as Python (preferred) or PowerShell for automating tasks and enhancing BI solutions is a plus.
