Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Registrar to join our intensive care team at Dunedin Hospital. As a critical care specialist, you will work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of consultant-level skills.
The role involves leading ward rounds, managing the unit overnight, and delegating tasks to junior staff members. You will receive onsite supervision from senior medical officers and have access to resources for research, teaching, and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration. A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience is required, although more experienced critical care registrars are also welcome to apply.
