Mileage rate is $0.798 per mile and starts at full-time pay of $2,200/week for Transportation/Linehaul Drivers.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will transport freight between Service Centers in a productive, safe, and claims-free manner.
Responsibilities:- Perform pre and post trip inspections on tractor/trailer and affix correct placards when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.
- Interact and converse with internal customers.
- Safely operate a forklift to unload/load products when indicated and needed.
Drivers are required to be available for irregular work schedules, extended trips away from domiciled Service Center, alternating work shifts, and/or assignments while adhering to operational procedures and guidelines.
Requirements- At least 23 years of age.
- At least 18 months of commercial driving experience.
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement.
- Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card.
- No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the past 3 years.
- Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Basic math skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a drug screen.
