Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity incidents to protect our organization's information systems and data.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling and managing real-world cybersecurity incidents. They will be able to analyze malicious events, threats, and vulnerabilities to determine the root cause and provide recommendations for mitigation. Additionally, they will be able to conduct digital forensic investigations to uncover evidence of cyber incidents and support legal and regulatory requirements.

This role requires excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. If you have experience with SIEM tools, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor security systems and logs for indications of potential cybersecurity incidents
  2. Analyze malicious events, threats, and vulnerabilities to determine the root cause and provide recommendations for mitigation
  3. Conduct digital forensic investigations to uncover evidence of cyber incidents and support legal and regulatory requirements
  4. Develop and implement strategies to contain and mitigate security breaches, minimizing potential damage
  5. Create detailed reports and documentation of security incidents, findings, and resolutions
  6. Maintain an incident response log for future reference
  7. Assist with the development of incident response plans, playbooks, and other relevant documentation
