Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
• Assisting with treatment sessions: Assist the Physiotherapist with delivering treatment and rehabilitation plans to patients. This may involve preparing treatment rooms, setting out equipment, and providing support during sessions.
• Facilitating group exercise sessions: Plan and lead group exercise sessions for patients, ensuring that activities are safe and effective. This may involve developing exercise programs, leading sessions, and evaluating progress.
• Maintaining supplies and equipment: Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are maintained and available for use. This includes ordering new stock, cleaning and storing equipment, and reporting any issues to management.
• Upskilling and continuing education: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in exercise-based interventions.
