**About the Role:**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Porirua Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to individuals and groups, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a community setting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations to promote collaboration and partnerships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board.
  • Registration with the Occupational Therapy New Zealand (OTNZ) register.
  • Experience working in a community mental health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
