Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Staff Service Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality service, assistance, and precise topical information to our staff and other stakeholders. This is a pivotal position that offers unrivalled exposure to the breadth of our operations and successes.

Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer queries and provide accurate information every time, ensuring all service requests are documented to a high standard
* Have experience in an IT Call Centre, Help Desk, or customer-facing role (including troubleshooting)
* Be able to work in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with great listening and interpretation skills
* Be a team player and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and ensure a great customer experience
