About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Boeing Company as a Flight Training Courseware Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading in identifying customer technical training needs and requirements, and developing flight training curriculum for Boeing commercial airplanes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Evaluating customer technical training needs and requirements
  • Developing flight training curriculum for Boeing commercial airplanes
  • Leveraging your expertise to determine training objectives, content, design, and technologies
  • Promoting best practices in flight training courseware development

You Will Be Expected To:

  • Have a commercial pilot license with international and transoceanic flight experience
  • Hold a current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or other international equivalent
  • Hold a current B737 type rating
  • Have experience as a pilot with 737 experience or as an instructor on any type of Boeing aircraft
  • Have experience developing flight training courseware
