We are looking for an experienced Associate to join our Employment Law department as a Private Client lawyer. The successful candidate will handle a range of private client employment work, from initial referral to conclusion, ensuring effective and efficient case handling.
This role involves non-contentious work, including advice on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements, contracts of employment and handbooks and policies. You will also support with drafting and reviewing letters for employers and employees, advising on employment processes and assisting with ACAS EC and private litigation cases.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Employment Law and procedures, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing their caseload. We value individuals who share our ambition to deliver high-quality legal solutions and make them accessible and affordable for everyone.
