**Job Description**

As a Finance Analyst (Finance Specialist), you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance division by providing timely, accurate, and innovative analysis to inform key business decisions.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust models, analysis, and reporting, assisting with the preparation of month-end results, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets, and analysing and measuring risks associated with transactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong reporting and analytical skills, enabling you to understand and communicate trends with stakeholders. You will also be a strong communicator, forming positive relationships with various stakeholders, and able to think outside the box to challenge the status quo and strive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust models, analysis, and reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of month-end results, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Analyse, measure, and monitor risks associated with transactions
  • Identify and document areas of process improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-5 years commercial and analytical experience
  • Expertise in MS Excel skills, combined with data analytics skills
  • CA qualification or being partially through your CA would be beneficial
