We are seeking a Capability Building Advisor to join our Learning and Capability Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that drive capability growth across various areas.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives
- Design and deliver training programs that meet learner needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning theory
- Strong knowledge of technology-enhanced learning and multimedia resources
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
