We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing across all properties and work sites.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field, and proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the housing or construction sectors.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits, and providing training and support to employees and contractors on health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all properties and work sites
  3. Provide training and support to employees and contractors on health and safety practices
  4. Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  5. Promote employee wellbeing initiatives and support mental health programs
  6. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  7. Foster a positive safety culture and encourage proactive safety behaviours
