Job Description
We are looking for an Offender Rehabilitation Expert to join our team in Palmerston North. As an expert, you will be responsible for working with individuals at high risk of reoffending, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Masters degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with high-risk offenders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $83,286 - $133,370 per annum
- Frontline Psychologists have the ability to work towards additional allowances and allocated professional development funding
- Flexible and/or part-time options for working hours may be available
