About Us
Nsoms (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons) Ltd is an outstanding provider of specialist oral and maxillofacial surgery services in Auckland. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and achieving the best possible outcomes.

The Role

  • Liaise with referrers and external health professionals regarding patient treatments
  • Provide support and assist the Surgeon with administrative duties
  • Follow up patient consultation bookings, late cancellations, enquiries, and referrers correspondence
  • Check patient's booking to ensure they are booked correctly
  • Liaise with Reception team regarding Surgeon bookings
  • Assist other departments when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year PA or clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Background in dental or healthcare industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (ideal but not essential)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • High EQ with the ability to think critically and problem-solve
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing work dynamics
  • Previous experience with online booking systems
