  5. Keep customers informed about service status, including estimated completion times and regular updates

Your Requirements

  • Adaptability to new technologies and systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships

  • Technical proficiency in relevant software applications, including Dealer Management System(s) and MS Office
  • Prior customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial
