Job Description
The Community Liaison and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:
1. Designing and implementing season draws for Senior, Age-Grade, and Junior grades in Tasman and Sub Unions;
2. Allocating venues, fields, and timings for weekly matches across all grades;
3. Collecting and organising competition information, such as team entries and club days;
4. Managing the online registration process for players, coaches, referees, and volunteers;
5. Assisting the Community Rugby Manager in understanding and implementing rules and regulations for competitions and providing support with match day operations;
6. Building connections and collaborating with schools and clubs to support and educate them in operational and administrative matters;
7. Coordinating and completing accreditation for players and officials involved in NPC and FPC campaigns;
8. Training and coordinating match day volunteers for NPC matches;
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in implementing systems, processes, and procedures;
- Proficiency in administration;
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
