At Ventia, we're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our electrical distribution projects. As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of these projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing field staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coodinating daily site activities, including distribution lines, cable jointing, and substation work.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

You'll need:

  • Trade qualifications in Distribution Lines, Cable Jointing, Substations, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in the electrical distribution industry.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering electrical distribution projects, with a strong understanding of site operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach field staff.
