You will be responsible for ensuring that your team has the necessary tools, guidance, and support to carry out their day-to-day activities effectively. This includes managing staff development and performance, as well as monitoring the health and safety of your team. Your prior experience in people leadership and working in a multi-faceted and demanding customer service environment is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who can bring cultural awareness and sensitivity to this role, particularly when working with Maori and Pasifika communities. If you have experience leading through change, a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, and a driven attitude, then we would love to hear from you.

  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and coaching a high-performing service delivery team
