We are looking for a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Sofitel Wellington. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for undertaking the nightly reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, including the checking and preparation of reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reporting.
  2. Compile paperwork for departures, including credit card and company charges to be forwarded to Accounts department.
  3. Process all management accounts as required.
  4. Perform relevant computer tasks in relation to Night Audit functions, including posting room charges and daily room revenue.
  5. Implement 'back up' procedures to save all data.
  6. Distribute relevant reports. Maintain hotel weekly and monthly statistics.
  7. Evaluate the safety and security of the property and the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation.
