- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Requirements**
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to work shift cover over a 24-hour period.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous receptionist experience.
- Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Proven knowledge of all Windows-based applications.
- Proven keyboard skills ensuring speed and accuracy.
