**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work autonomously in the community setting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers
  • Provide home intervention services to patients

**Requirements:**

  • Current Annual Practicing Certificate as a Registered Nurse with the NZ Nursing Council
  • Previous experience in district nursing position and experience/interest in working in the community setting
  • Able to work collaboratively and be a team player
