Expert Educator for AI Development

We're seeking a skilled Freelance Teaching and Learning Expert to contribute to our mission. As a key member of our team, you'll develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria to evaluate the quality of responses from our AI models.

Your work will involve generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses, as well as defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers.

Requirements
  • You have a Master's degree or PhD in Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, or Human Resources.
  • You have at least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology, etc.
  • You're familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, and ability levels.
  • Your level of English is proficient (C2).
