**Job Overview**

Auckland One Rail (AOR) is a joint venture formed by Comfort Delgro Group and UGL, providing whole of life asset maintenance and engineering services for rail infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead the development of AOR's input to KiwiRail's performance under the ANAA.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the rail industry.
  • Liaise with KiwiRail to ensure alignment on network performance goals and objectives.
  • Review and analyze KPIs, delays, and incidents affecting rail operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Deliver a step-change in network performance through aligned roadmaps and shared objectives.
  2. Analyze and report on operational issues, including maintenance and renewal services.
  3. Establish processes to ensure observation-based actions are implemented and monitored.
  4. Conduct asset risk assessments to prioritize critical rail infrastructure items.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in rail network management or improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess FMECA and assign responsibility to incidents.
  • Computer proficiency and strong communication skills.
