About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity for an experienced Radiation Therapist looking to take on a new challenge. As a Pre-Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for planning complex treatment techniques, including SABR and SRT treatments. You will work closely with our team of Radiation Therapists to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop clinical guidelines for various techniques in alignment with site-specific working groups.
- Provide professional, clinical supervision and support to all RTs and students rostered in pre-treatment.
- Maintain a high level of patient care involving communication and collaboration with the patient, whanau, and other health professionals.
