We are seeking a Senior Surveying Technician to join our team in Rotorua. As a Senior Surveying Technician, you will play a key role in preparing scheme plans, conducting land transfer and spatial surveys, and contributing to land development engineering and design.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing scheme plans and drawings
• Conducting land transfer and spatial surveys
• Assisting with land development engineering and design

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with LandOnline
• Relevant tertiary education (BSurv or NDS)
• 6 years' experience in the New Zealand Surveying Industry
• Experience with 12D or Civil3D (desirable)
• Membership of Survey and Spatial NZ (S+SNZ) (preferable)
