Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Roger has been in senior roles for many years and is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to help him with his project.

 

Overview

The role will involve working closely with Roger and the business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Some of the duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects

  • Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ensuring that all work meets quality and regulatory standards

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • A background in finance or banking

  • Familiarity with complex software, hardware, networks, applications, and technologies

  • Experience planning and coordinating projects ranging in size and scope

  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills

  • MUST have experience in card scheme compliance

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, implement change according to agreed standards, and use business analysis processes, tools, and artefacts for all aspects of the Project/System Development Life Cycle.

This is a contract role that can be based in either Wellington or Auckland. Please note that we will only consider candidates with extensive financial sector experience and who are already based in New Zealand.
