Job Description:We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance to customers, ensuring they find the products they need
  • Maintaining store displays and merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Working effectively with colleagues to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
