We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced counselor lawyer to join our in-house legal team.

Based in our Thames office, this part-time position (32 hours per week) is a generalist role that touches on almost every aspect of local government law.

You will be preparing agreements, licences, property instruments and giving legal advice for a wide range of projects and processes.

As a key member of our team, you will regularly engage with external lawyers and consultants, providing training and legal support to council's internal staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to develop strong working relationships, think outside the square and find innovative solutions.

To be successful, you will have a current practicing certificate or the ability to hold one, an eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
