**Job Description**

Swim Zone Matamata is seeking two permanent full-time and two permanent part-time swimming pool attendants to join our team. As a swimming pool attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, rotating through various roles including lifeguarding, reception, plant room, and cleaning.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a swimming pool attendant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety of our customers by making great health and safety decisions.
  • Providing a high level of customer service while working in a variety of settings.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe facility, including the pool area, reception, and surrounding areas.
  • Rotating through various roles, including lifeguarding, reception, plant room, and cleaning.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A positive 'can do' attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of attendance.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with customers and colleagues.
