**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team in Rotorua. As a key member of our Supported Transfer and Accelerated Rehab Team (START), you will be responsible for leading a team of clinical professionals in delivering an outstanding 7 days/week service. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting patients who are medically cleared for discharge, providing individualized care plans, and offering intensive holistic support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of clinical professionals in delivering high-quality patient care

- Develop and implement individualized care plans

- Provide intensive holistic support to patients

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A health qualification with a current New Zealand practicing certificate

- At least five years' recent relevant experience

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
