Role Overview

The Facilities Support Team Leader is a senior leadership position within our council, responsible for managing the facilities and maintenance operations. This includes overseeing the maintenance team, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing facilities and maintenance operations. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the corporate vision and motivate teams to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Support Team Leader will be responsible for the following key areas:

* Overseeing the maintenance team and coordinating maintenance requests

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is circa $95K dependent on skills and experience. The candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and two wellbeing days per year.
