Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor to join our Tauranga Service branch team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day design and pricing of minor contracting work for new and existing clients. You will oversee the successful completion of projects in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Oversight of projects: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Negotiation skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Health and Safety: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Trade Certificate: Possess a Trade Certificate in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning, and relevant industry certifications.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and customer service skills.
