Skylight New Zealand is a national organisation that provides education, training, and support for professionals, agencies, and others who assist those dealing with trauma, loss, grief, and change. Our operations are based in Wellington, but we have a network of delivery partners and contract counsellors across the country.
We generate revenue from government contracts, client fees, professional development fees, publication sales, and philanthropic donations and grants.
The Job DescriptionAs a board member, you'll be responsible for helping us grow our impact and reach. You'll work closely with our chief executive and other board members to develop strategies and make decisions that benefit our organisation and the community we serve.
You'll also have the opportunity to sit on one of our committees, which focus on finance, audit, risk, HR, and cultural matters.
