Education Quality Specialist

Job Summary
This role delivers high-quality admission advice to domestic and international students and agents in a timely manner. You will provide expert assistance in relation to applicants and entry requirements to education agents, the University, and Navitas.
Your responsibilities include processing direct and agent applications, entering data, issuing offers, tracking conversion activity, and maintaining excellent customer service and quality standards. You will also provide administrative support with academic quality assurance processes, academic integrity, and support for academic committees.
This includes preparing agendas, recording minutes, preparation of internal and external communications, database management, and other secretarial tasks. You will work closely with the Admissions Manager, College Director, Academic Manager, and Student Experience Manager using a collaborative team approach.
