Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Expert, with a significant portion dedicated to Oracle ERP implementations. Proven experience integrating Oracle ERP systems with H&S, Payroll/HRIS, and GIS platforms is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop a robust and scalable solution that integrates seamlessly with existing systems (H&S, Payroll/HRIS, GIS).
  2. Collaborate with the project team, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure a successful implementation.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  4. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.
  5. Ensure the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  6. Contribute to the overall project plan and timeline.
  7. Actively participate in design reviews and decision-making processes.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.

Requirements:

Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture and functionalities. Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations using various technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware). Experience in the electrical services or field services industry is highly desirable.
