About The RoleAs a Cleaning Operative with GRAHAM FM, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of various environments.
You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the contract.
Your duties will include sweeping, suction cleaning, mopping, dry buffing, spraying cleaning solutions, stripping and re-polishing floors using appropriate equipment.
You will also clean and remove stains from soft floor surfaces, clean body fluids and solids, and replenish toiletries in toilet and shower areas.
Additional responsibilities include emptying and cleaning internal litter bins, removing litter to designated collection points, and completing all necessary paperwork.
