In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the banks' card switching services; our team manages data and reporting for account settlement and ensures all transactions are processed in a schemes compliant manner.
We deliver innovative solutions for complex challenges.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
  • Conduct and lead testing for Card Switching, Settlement and Reconciliation, and Card Reporting
  • Assist with Test Strategy across the wider payments space
  • Develop and implement test plans, test strategy and test automation frameworks
  • Work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to understand and plan test strategy, approach, and testing needs
  • Regularly update stakeholders on progress and issues, ensure testing scope and quality meet requirements
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues, oversee defect management for multiple projects in the Card Switching area
  • Oversee the workload for test teams, manage and guide and mentor other test engineers
  • Facilitate and participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, including test automation maturity
  • Stay up to date with technologies and implement best practices
