A Day in the Life of Our Perioperative Operations Coordinator

You will be working within a diverse and multi-cultural workforce, operating 24/7 across two sites. We support 39 operating theatres, along with numerous wards, clinics and departments, processing over 7 million instruments annually for more than 45,000 surgical procedures every year. Your role will play a critical part in ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for patients throughout their healthcare journey.

What We Are Looking For:
  • NCEA level 1 (or an equivalent high school qualification) along with a Level 3 or Level 4 certification in Sterilisation.
  • Able to establish positive relationships and be a good team player.
  • Proficient in MS Applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of medical terminologies & surgical instrumentation.
